Integration notes

Mechanical and electrical fit

Review available area, mounting support, loading, shading and the receiving electrical system. Confirm handling and installation limits for the selected module; a thin profile does not define permitted bending.

Application notes & selection checklist

Start with the vehicle roof envelope

The documentation lists this lightweight module for electric three-wheeler roof applications. Compare the 1300 × 1020 mm envelope with the usable, supported roof area before choosing the 240 W power option. Include obstructions, cable exits and maintenance access in that discussion.

A thin module should not be assumed to tolerate arbitrary bending. Request the current drawing and handling limits for the exact version under review; thickness is not a permitted-curvature specification.

Review the charging interface separately

The listed maximum-power voltage is 29.0 V. Confirm the complete module electrical data, controller inputs and the vehicle’s battery architecture before proposing a connection. A catalogue module and a charging controller are not a validated kit simply because both are available.

Define the roof sample review

Agree on mounting support, permitted mechanical loading, connector and cable configuration, and the conditions used for electrical evaluation. Keep the selected drawing and sample revision with the record. Solar assistance and daily output should be assessed for the actual exposure and use pattern rather than inferred from the rated wattage.

Samples & customization

Share the interfaces, mechanical envelope and changes you need. We coordinate the review of feasibility, sample configuration, minimum quantities, tooling and commercial terms. Agree on the test scope and responsibilities before evaluation.
